Artworks for Elementary Teachers: Developing Artistic and Perceptual Awareness

This text is based on guidelines from the Getty Centre of Education in the Arts and provides students with a basis for creating and responding to art. Features includes multicultural coverage which broadens students' knowledge and background in a broad span of art; updated illustrations which reflect the multicultural coverage of the text and colour gallery; and a pronunciation guide which aims to increase students' confidence by clarifying difficult pronunciations.
