Question: What is the ultimate goal of training and equipping the Church to do the work of the ministry?Answer: To bring the Church to a place of maturity, where we can speak the truth in love and become the sound of reformation heard in each sphere of cultural influence.That question and answer grew into this book, The Sound of Reformation. For reformation, we must re-form whatever has grown complicated—our mindsets, programs, and structures. We must get back to the simple heart of love.
