Living in an Animal Rescue: A human's life at Modjeska Ranch Animal Rescue

Our rescue supporters said my stories of Rescue life were very funny, tearjerking and thought-provoking and I should publish them. This book tells you not only about some of the 10,000 plus animals we have rescued, but also the amazing human experience of running an animal rescue with its laughter, tears, frustrations and challenges. Although most of the animals we rescued are/were dogs, cats and horses, we have also had donkeys, cows, small birds, huge birds, goats, sheep, llamas, pigs, chinchillas, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles and fish. If it sounds crazy...it is!\nWe are a little different than most in that all of the dogs live in the house with us like family. Couch space is at a premium.
Many great/funny stories are still there at the back of my mind or on scraps of paper but if I waited to write them all, this book would be published posthumously.\nI haver been told it's a great "Book Club" book and a great bedside book. Lots of great pictures too!
