CASUALTY OF WAR Tattnall and her cousin Obie have been best friends forever. But in the spring of 1944, Tattnall is going on twelve and eager to grow up, while Obie is fifteen and out as grown-up as he's going to get. Tattnall loves Obie, but why does she always have to be the one to take care of him?
