The Peter plan: A proposal for survival

In The Peter Plan, the author assumes the role of social satirist to reveal for humankind ways to avoid falling mass victim of the Peter Principle. His studies of the human predicament led him to conclude that most people want to move "forward" but at present they stand bewildered at a crossroads where forward happens to be whichever direction they are facing at the moment. Dr. Peter provides a vision of the ways in which we can fulfill our highest potential-the conversion strategies requiring our participation if we want to change an obsolete system to a new civilization.
