Dotty stars as Queen Cat the Great of the Land of Brrrr, whose insatiable desire for balls of yarn is beginning to unravel her subjects. When she decides to hold a Great Yarn Ball, the queen is surprised to learn that her subjects cannot attend - because her incessant demands for yarn have left them with nothing to wear. Queen Cat feels just terrible, until she thinks of a way to make her kingdom warm and cozy: she will knit costumes for each and every one of her subjects out of her fabulous yarn ball collection! And then they can have a real ball!
