Rose's Picture (Rose the Pig Series)

In four small books, Rose meets and masters several situations that would slay a lesser pig. This sweetly independent preschooler is capable of imaginative play, but still requires a nudge from her mother here and there. Watercolors, as rosy as the heroine, show the too-tall backgrounds of a child's world, and Rose moving through these large places with ease.
