Project Management in Construction

This book is designed to provoke those involved in the process of managing construction projects to reconsider, analyze and improve the effectiveness of them. Its basis lies in the systems approach to management and it distils the ideas central to such thinking and applies them to construction. It is concerned particularly with the integration of the contibutors to the process and the way in which decisions are made. The client's role in this process is distinguished and examined.
