Contract Documentation for Contractors

Many of the problems which arise as a building contract progresses result from inadequate documentation or a failure to give the correct written notice in time. This is particularly so with the complex procedures required under a number of the JCT forms of contract. This book, which provides a set of specimen letters, notices and forms for use with JCT 80, NSC/4 and 4a, DOM/1 and IFC 84, has been updated to take account of the numerous contract amendments issued by the JCT since the last edition, as well as the increasing number of court decisions on JCT 80 and related contracts. It also makes reference to the JCT Minor Works Agreement.
