The Restored gospel, Mormonism as it is commonly known, is far more than the replication of New Testament Christianity. It centers in the fulfillment of the covenant God made with Israel anciently. Its bone and marrow is the restoration of the Abrahamic Covenant. It is this covenant that welds together the saints of all dispensations. It is this covenant that binds a husband and wife together in a marriage that is eternal. It is this covenant that creates an eternal family unit. It is this covenant that stands at the heart of all that takes place in our temples.
