It's Raggedy Andy's birthday, and when he sees Raggedy Ann carry a big white box out of the playhouse he knows it must be for him. Raggedy Andy is dying to know what's inside the box, but Raggedy Ann won't tell him. When Raggedy Ann isn't looking, Raggedy Andy takes a peek, and what he finds inside takes him on a high-in-the-sky birthday adventure.
