Toots and the Upside Down House

Toots, a lonely child, discovers a fantastic upside-down world above and beyond the ceiling of her house. In this world where up is down and down is somewhere else entirely, she battles with good and evil, and discovers a way to come back down to Earth and renew her love for her widowed dad.
