Two wealthy old political war-horses are tired of the way we elect presidents: image making, spin, and big money. They know it will take a walloping big shock to convince the American public to change the political system. Enter John Wagner, asylum resident extraordinaire, doer of good, seer of visions, and (so he believes), former president, removed from office and locked away by his political enemies. The perfect man to run for Governor of New York, President of the US, then expose as a lunatic to show how bad the system is.
