Earth in danger

Children are increasingly interested in and anxious to be informed about "green" matters. The World in Danger series introduces them to the issues that are at the heart of the conservationist or "green" debates. Problems caused by pollution and other forms of environmental degradation are identified. The author then shows what is being done to change the situation and ends on a positive note showing children how individual action and concern can make a change for the better.
