Longman Dictionary of Common Errors

This is a practical, reference book for students and teachers which helps the user to avoid or correct those errors frequently made by foreign learners of English. It contains over 1700 common errors in alphabetical order, each entry contains a typical example of the error, a correct version and an explanation. It is based on an analysis of students' word and exam scripts for the Cambridge First Certificate in English.
