Contract Law

This book aims to provide a clear explanation of the law of contract. As well as setting out the law itself, the authors examine the principles behind it, and discuss some of the issues and debates arising from it. It covers all the main areas of contract law such as offer and acceptance, contract terms, vitiating factors and remedies.
