I have spent my entire professional life as a successful inventor and innovation management consultant. I've seen innovation from many vantage points. In my previous books, The Innovation Playbook (Wiley) and The Digital Innovation Playbook (Wiley), I focused on how corporations can do a better job of creating exceptional products for their customers.
