Michael Zachary: The Wilderness Battle

In the still evening air he heard the very soft but very distinct sound ... of a war horn. Excitement grips fifteen-year-old Michael Zachary as he rides out for the first time to help patrol the perilous eastern border of King Krydon's kingdom. Having grown up on a remote farm in the dangerous wilderness, Michael is very good with a sword, but even better with a bow. His father has trained him well. Skilled and courageous, he is as much a warrior as a farmer; he has to be. As the youngest member of the patrol, Michael fights both men and wolves. But will he have the courage to stand up for what he believes in the face of opposition?
