Montmartre Murders

Puzzling and mysterious goings on in the art world. The disappearance of a painter was not normally an important event. But Theo was heir to a fortune, and Inspector Gautier was put on the case. When a shady art dealer is murdered the plot centres on three paintings by a minor artist, who had also died in mysterious circumstances. Why did so many people, including Theo, want the paintings?
