Trust and Teams: Putting Servant Leadership to Work (Christian Leadership)

This book explores the concepts of trust and teams in light of Christian leadership. The servant-leadership "value-based" theory of leadership can trace its roots to the descriptions of Godly leadership in the Old Testament, but it often has been pushed aside in favor of "trait-based" and "behavior-based" theories of leadership.
