These life-directed devotions are based on 40 "developmental assets"--identified by the Search Institute--that healthy teens exhibit. Each devotion focuses on one asset and links it to key spiritual insights. Research indicates the more of these assets a young person has, the more likely he or she is to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit.
