Also included are present-day recollections of some of the commentators, among whom are Rex Alston, John Arlott, Trevor Bailey, Henry Blofeld, Tony Cozier, Brian Johnston, Christopher Martin-Jenkins, Don Mosey and Fred Trueman. The authors also wrote "The Ashes - Highlights Since 1948". Peter Baxter has been the producer of "Test Match Special" since 1973, and Peter Hayter is the cricket correspondent of "The Mail On Sunday".
