In Designing an Information System, Large Aerospace Corporation's paper-based order system costs millons in lost productivity. The challenge is to develop a streamlined electronic system.To achieve this goal, the user will: 1) interview key company staff and work with a team to define a problem 2) work through the problem solving process to identify and establish criteria 3) investigate available software for a paperless tracking system 4) use computer technology throughout the process including a culminating computer -based presentation to the company managers.
