This appears to be a custom version that was created for Manhattan Community College. But this book was taken from "Basic Mathematics Through Applications, Third Edition" and "Introductory Alegbra Through Applications" Both titles are by the same authors Geoffrey Akst and Sadie Bragg so the material is PROBABLY the same (I do not know if it is).
