Pursuing Justice

This book is an introduction to the pursuit of justice and how our criminal justice system is designed to further or hamper that goal. It is designed to fill a gap in the literature on justice by combining a discussion of the concept of justice within a philosophical and legal context. The authors discuss the concept of justice, provide examples of injustice, and discuss strategies for achieving justice.
