This little book is a summary and guide to the art of reasoning well in daily life. Epstein's larger text, CRITICAL THINKING, upon which this is based, set a new standard of pedagogical excellence and provided a well-integrated approach to the subject. Friendly and easy to learn from, this short book provides the same benefits in a trimmed-down fashion, without the cartoon illustrations. It also includes revised examples which are more inter-disciplinary.
