This book provides readers with a sound introduction to contemporary ethics. It combines well-established classical readings with new, previously unreleased essays by modern philosophers. Part I consists of three chapters on ethical theory to provide a foundation for examination of the issues. Part II covers thirteen ethical issues with 46 mostly contemporary articles, three cases, and a concluding essay by Derek Bok.
