Task Reading

Task Reading, a high-beginning to low-intermediate reading-skills text, has an ongoing story line: a day in the life of two adult students in San Francisco. Task Reading presents realistic situations supported by a wide variety of reading materials, many of which are authentic: dialogues, maps, diagrams, articles, letters, and advertisements. Accompanying exercises help students understand the context and purpose of the readings. The book also includes Teacher's Notes , which give unit-by-unit teaching suggestions.
