The WTO Dispute Settlement Procedures: A Collection of the Relevant Legal Texts

New material has been added, including the "Working Procedures for Appellate Review", and the "Rules of Conduct for the DSU" in the second edition. The provisions on consultation and on dispute settlement in each of the Multilateral Trade Agreements covered by the DSU are now collected together. Cross references between the texts have been extended and key words within the index have been augmented to reflect the extended coverage.
