The Postcard Century: Cards and Their Messages 1900-2000

This work tells the story of the 20th century using the images and messages from 2000 picture postcards. Postcards from all over the world depict the day-to-day lives of people and show how themes such as transportation, cinema, and the role of women emerged and evolved with the century.
