Designed to aid preparation for the multiple choice question papers of the MRCPsych Part 1 and equivalent examinations, this book is a companion to the authors' sister revision book "Examination Notes for the MRCPsych Part V". It should also be useful for the Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine and similar examinations in other countries. It contains sample multiple choice questions of the right level for the MRCPsych Part 1 and contains detailed answers which should make this a useful study aid rather than just a self-assessment book. Each section is completed by a list of up-to-date references and each section begins with an account of the syllabus for that topic for reference.
