This textbook of pathology, now in its fourth edition, contains chapters on such topics as the cell and cell injury, acute inflammation, healing, immunopathology, the effects of infection and injury on the body, connective tissue diseases and the musculo-skeletal system as well as major developments in pathology such as HIV and molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis. It provides a summary of pathology including both general and systemic pathology. It can be used as a revision text by any undergraduate or postgraduate studying in pathology, surgery or radiotherapy.
