In this book, the authors focus on law relating to construction contracts and the administraion of those contracts. Although this branch of law is an aspect of the general law of contract, the particular complexities associated with construction and the interdependence of tort and contract make this an increasingly important specialist area. As well as the need for lawyers to become better informed about construction there is also an urgent need for construction professionals to become better informed about the law.
