Dimensions of Islam

Originally published in 1970, this book brings to light some important but lesser known aspects of Islam and is written from a predominantly Sufi point of view. There are chapters on Christ and the Virgin Mary as well as on the interpretation of the Qur’an, the Prophet Muhammad and his place in the Monotheistic Tradition as a whole. The book contains many references to other religions, to Hinduism and Buddhism and particularly to Christianity.
