Organizational Change and Innovation: Psychological Perspectives and Practices in Europe

Organizational change and innovation have received much attention in recent management literature, which has in the main been informed by debates in organizational behaviour, human resource management and strategic management. Given the important and logical impacts of change, this major contribution from work and organizational psychologists is welcome. The psychology of how people in organizations adapt to and manage change is key to our understanding of the processes by which such changes can occur successfully.
