The law of theft

"Smith on Theft" is an established standard work and gives a detailed and critical account of the law of theft and related offences. It contains narrative commentary based on the 1968 and 1978 Theft Acts which is followed by the full texts of the statutes with extensive cross-references to the commentary. The 7th edition takes account of the many changes, particularly case law, since the previous one appeared in 1989.
