Laurens, as is the versal A of the first chapter opening, which is engraved and hand-colored by Barry Moser. Printed by Harold P. McGrath in Bembo in five colors on Pulegium, a paper made by Strathmore Mills for Pennyroyal. Bound by Gray Parrot in half-leather accompanied by an additional suite of signed prints laid in a quarter-leather tray case, with a notation by the publisher about "tiny white cracks" in the images resulting from cracks in the wood blocks.
