Vincenzo Berghella, MD, FACOG, is Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program, and Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. A former President of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, he is also on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Maternal-Fetal and Neonatal Medicine, of the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Associate Editor of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
