This book has been writtne and will be published as fiction--that is, the names and circumstances of its personae and institutions are made up. Yet on a deeper level, as will be recognizedable to anyone who has follwed the political-social events of our time with an appreciation of institutional policy, it is wholly authentic It tells of murder, ot the one-on-one variety or the contracts of organized crime, but murder for social benefit, to eliminate those who either obstruct or drag down the progressive interests of the commonwealth.
