HOOLIGANS - When Kilmer returned to Dunetown after a twenbty year absence, he discovered things had changed. Gone were the friendly stores, quiet street and elegant houses. Now there were 24- hour porno places, neon casinos and a big racetrack. But Kilmer wasn't in Dunetown for siteseeing - nor to play the slot machines. He was there on racket squad business, checking out the Cincinnati Triad who were taking the town for every cent they could get. Now, it seemed, someone was taking the law into their own hands to try and rid Dunetown of the mobsters - which was where Kilmer stepped in.
