A Glossary of Contemporary Literary Theory

Now in its third edition, this critically acclaimed glossary has been revised and expanded to include many new terms in this volatile and fast-changing field. A substantial number of new entries come from the increasingly influential area of post-colonialism (neo-Tarzanism, mediascape), many are new or previously unremarked terms in the field as a whole (cyborg, queer theory, habitus), and many entries have been revised as our understanding of the theoretical terminology has evolved.
