Arkady received an urgent message from the Russian embassy in Havana saying his friend Pribluda was missing. The day he arrives in Cuba, a body was found drifting in the Havana Bay. The Cubans insisted the body floating in an inner tube was his friend, but Arkady was not so sure. It appears the communist world has shrunk to Cuba.
