This supplement deals with changes in the Uniform Probate Code and Uniform Statutory Rule Against Perpetuities made after our book went to press in early 1990. It also includes revisions in the Prudent Investor Rule in the Restatement (Third) of Trusts and new developments in federal gift taxation. The Supplement is to be used in connection with J. Dukeminier & S. Johanson Will, Trusts, and Estates (4th ed. 1990). The Uniform Probate Code was revised in 1989 and 1990, and the Official Text of the Revised Probate Code was published in 1991. The new sections of the Code included here are taken from the 1991 Official Text of the Uniform Probate Code. (From the preface of this book)
