Family Law: Uniform Laws Affecting the Family 2012 (Selected Statutes)

The Uniform Law Commissioners have promulgated numerous proposed uniform laws pertaining to various family law topics. This volume is a collection of these uniform laws, including reporters' comments, and can be used in any family law course. In addition to uniform laws promulgated some time ago and adopted in many states, this volume includes more recently adopted laws, such as the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act (2007), the Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act (2006), the Uniform Collaborative Law Rules and Uniform Collaborative Law Act (2010), and the Uniform Representation of Children in Abuse, Neglect and Custody Proceedings Act (2007).
