Legal Research Exercises: Following the Bluebook, 7th Ed. (American Casebook Series and Other Coursebooks)

You can find a list of the volumes needed for each assignment at the beginning of each chapter, along with an introduction. The form of the workbook is process-oriented. To emphasize the process approach, students work with the same case, statute, and subject area, where possible, through several assignments. To ease student access to library copies, four variations for each assignment are provided. For use with Robert C. Berring's Finding the Law, 10th and Cohen, Berring & Olsen's How to Find the Law, 9th. However, students may use this workbook to accompany any legal research text.
