The exercises in this book provide you the opportunity to take what you have learned in the abstract about legal drafting and put it into practice. The exercises in Part I do this in small incremental steps, allowing you to focus on one particular aspect at a time, without worrying about creating a complete and well-drafted document all at once. The exercises in Part II enable you to bring it all together and to produce a variety of documents, some from scratch and others from existing documents.
