This book contains all the up-to-date federal administrative laws, including the most recent amendment to Executive Order 12866 on Regulatory Planning and Review. In addition, it contains key provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Ethics in Government Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
