This law school casebook addresses traditional civil procedure issues in a contemporary context. Nearly all of the cases contained in this book were decided in 2001 or 2000, significantly edited to make them more accessible to first-year students. The authors also provide problems for those professors who prefer to discuss the materials through the use of hypotheticals.
