Energy And Natural Resources Law (NUTSHELL SERIES)

This book is an effort to pull together in one place the salient legal issues associated with energy law and natural resources law. The theme of the book is that not only are energy and natural resources law interrelated, but so too are the topics that comprise energy law and natural resources law.

Energy law addresses all the component parts of the energy fuel cycle, as well as the market and government policies that oversee this cycle. Natural resources law consists of public lands and resources law, environmental law, environmental assessment, minerals law, timber law, and water law.
