European Development Cooperation and the Poor

After reviewing the poverty reduction goals and aims of European development cooperation agencies, professionals from the Overseas Development Institute in London compare their actual record in implementing the goals, their commitment, the role they played, their identification of the poor, and how they allocated funds and planned their programs in individual countries.
